30-Day Returns: Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

RMA Required: Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from NMH Tech, Inc. before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in resalable condition, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, serial numbers, and documentation.

Restocking Fee: Approved standard returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

No Restocking Fee: The fee does not apply to verified defective products, incorrect products shipped by NMH Tech, or material product-description errors attributable to NMH Tech.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping, freight, insurance, and packaging costs unless the return is due to a verified NMH Tech error.

Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping, freight, handling, expedited delivery, and other service charges are generally nonrefundable.

Nonreturnable Products: Software, licenses, subscriptions, digital products, special/custom orders, configured products, clearance/final-sale items, opened consumables, and opened medical or hygiene-sensitive products are generally nonreturnable.

Damaged or Incomplete Returns: Returns that are used, damaged, incomplete, altered, or missing original packaging or accessories may be refused or receive a reduced refund.

Defective Products: Defective products should be reported promptly. Troubleshooting, photographs, serial numbers, or manufacturer information may be required before approval.

Manufacturer Warranty: Certain defective products may be handled directly through the applicable manufacturer or authorized warranty provider.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued after the returned product is received, inspected, and accepted, generally to the original payment method.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase and approved RMA information must accompany all returns.

Standard Shipping: In-stock orders are generally delivered within 5 business days after order acceptance and payment verification.

Flat-Rate Shipping: A $19.99 flat standard shipping charge applies to eligible orders with an order value below $500.00.

Free Shipping: Eligible orders with an order value of $500.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States, unless otherwise stated.

Order Cutoff: Daily cutoff time is 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Overnight Shipping: Eligible in-stock Overnight orders placed before 4:00 PM ET generally ship the same business day. Overnight and other expedited shipping charges are separate from standard flat-rate or free-shipping offers.

After Cutoff: Expedited orders received after 4:00 PM ET will generally ship the next business day.

Availability: Shipping times are subject to product availability, payment clearance, order verification, warehouse processing, and carrier availability.

Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Special Shipping Charges: Freight, oversized, special-order, hazardous, special-handling, insurance, expedited, or special-delivery charges may apply where applicable and will be disclosed before order completion.

Tracking: Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment.

Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Address correction, redelivery, or refused-delivery charges may apply.

Damage & Shortages: Shipping damage, shortages, missing cartons, or incorrect products should be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
