Market-Leading Cybersecurity Ensures Your Data Is Kept Safe Chain-of-trust encryption and secure firmware boot capability prevent the HDX Rack PDU G4 from being a cyberattack vulnerability point on a network. An embedded, hot-swappable Gigabit Network Module (GNM) with menu-driven LCD offers enhanced management and cybersecurity, including zero-trust architecture, zero-touch provisioning and a user-configurable firewall. Compatible with Brightlayer Data Centers Suite Software The HDX Rack PDU G4 integrates smoothly via SNMP or MQTT with digital solutions from Eaton's Brightlayer Data Centers suite. This includes Distributed IT Performance Management (DITPM) and Data Center Performance Management (DCPM) software. DITPM allows you to manage and control assets installed at your remote locations, as well as proactively identify and automate actions to prevent IT equipment downtime. DCPM monitors and manages your power, space, connectivity and cooling resources across one or more facilities while charting trends, sending alerts and generating reports. Remote Management Saves Time and Money For smaller environments, you can connect to PDUs using a standard web browser and receive email alerts. The GNM supports performance management software for real-time reports, trend charts, dashboards and alerts that are prioritized by severity, as well as remote troubleshooting and automated responses during power events. The HDX Rack PDU G4 is compatible with up to three optional environmental monitoring probes (EMPDT1H1C2, sold separately) that provide alerts about temperature, humidity and dry-contact device connections. Individual Outlet Monitoring and Control Boost Performance and Efficiency All 36 outlets (27 C13 and nine C19) provide remote control and power-cycling of connected devices to save the time and cost of site visits. You can program sequential startups to manage inrush current and shed nonessential loads to increase the runtime of critical equipment during outages. You can even remotely shut down outlets to prevent unauthorized devices from causing overloads. Alternating-phase outlets distribute power evenly across outlet groups for balanced loading across circuits and phases. Convenient Box-to-Rack Installation Preinstalled toolless mounting buttons reduce installation time. Circuit breakers and corresponding outlets are distributed across the length of the PDU for easy cable routing. The 10-foot power cord with 560P6W input connects to a compatible AC source. You can cascade up to 32 EMAPFXXTA3A3A3L models with each model maintaining its own individual IP address from a single network connection point. TAA-Compliant for GSA Schedule Purchases The EMAPFXXTA3A3A3L is compliant with the Federal Trade Agreements Act (TAA), which makes it eligible for GSA (General Services Administration) Schedule and other federal procurement contracts.

Return Policy
30-Day Returns: Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
RMA Required: Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from NMH Tech, Inc. before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in resalable condition, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, serial numbers, and documentation.
Restocking Fee: Approved standard returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
No Restocking Fee: The fee does not apply to verified defective products, incorrect products shipped by NMH Tech, or material product-description errors attributable to NMH Tech.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping, freight, insurance, and packaging costs unless the return is due to a verified NMH Tech error.
Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping, freight, handling, expedited delivery, and other service charges are generally nonrefundable.
Nonreturnable Products: Software, licenses, subscriptions, digital products, special/custom orders, configured products, clearance/final-sale items, opened consumables, and opened medical or hygiene-sensitive products are generally nonreturnable.
Damaged or Incomplete Returns: Returns that are used, damaged, incomplete, altered, or missing original packaging or accessories may be refused or receive a reduced refund.
Defective Products: Defective products should be reported promptly. Troubleshooting, photographs, serial numbers, or manufacturer information may be required before approval.
Manufacturer Warranty: Certain defective products may be handled directly through the applicable manufacturer or authorized warranty provider.
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued after the returned product is received, inspected, and accepted, generally to the original payment method.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase and approved RMA information must accompany all returns.

Shipping Details
Standard Shipping: In-stock orders are generally delivered within 5 business days after order acceptance and payment verification.
Flat-Rate Shipping: A $19.99 flat standard shipping charge applies to eligible orders with an order value below $500.00.
Free Shipping: Eligible orders with an order value of $500.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States, unless otherwise stated.
Order Cutoff: Daily cutoff time is 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Overnight Shipping: Eligible in-stock Overnight orders placed before 4:00 PM ET generally ship the same business day. Overnight and other expedited shipping charges are separate from standard flat-rate or free-shipping offers.
After Cutoff: Expedited orders received after 4:00 PM ET will generally ship the next business day.
Availability: Shipping times are subject to product availability, payment clearance, order verification, warehouse processing, and carrier availability.
